Family Discount = 5% off of your lowest tuition (does not apply to Infant Tuition, VPK Graduate Summer Camp Tuition or School Age Camp).
Only one discount is allowed per child. Some restrictions may apply.
Our latest drop off time is 9am every morning and require that all children arrive no later than 9:00am, as it is an interruption to the classroom schedule. VPK students are required to arrive no later than the start time of the VPK program. If your child is going to be late or absent for any reason, please notify us by no later than 8:30am of that morning. If you know in advance, please let us know as soon as you know so that we can add you to our late arrival list.

Holiday Schedule
Tuition is still due for these closed days. If any of our December Holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The Day After Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day) fall on a weekend day, we will be closed the Friday before. School will be closed on the following days. Tuition is still due for these holidays for all age groups and programs. If Independence Day falls on a Saturday, we will be closed the Friday before (July 3rd). If Independence Day falls on a Sunday, we will be closed the next day (July 5th).

Child care fees are expected to be paid in full by Friday in advance for the following week.
We require enrollment forms and immunization and physical form to be completed accurately in full and submitted a minimum of 5 business days before the first day of attendance.
The latest drop off time is 9 AM (earlier for VPK students) or students will not be admitted for the day.
** To hold a child’s spot, a 1 week deposit must be paid in full at the time of registration along with the $125 registration fee. This 1 week deposit and registration fee is non-refundable if you decide not to start with us. No exceptions. The 1 week of tuition deposit will be refunded to your account towards your final balance upon a 2 week written notice of withdrawal.
** 3 year olds and older must be potty-trained before they can move up to or be placed in a 3 year old room or older classroom to receive the 3 year old or older rate. **
PAYMENT TERMS
To hold a child’s spot, a 1 week deposit must be paid in full at the time of registration along with the $125 registration fee. This 1 week deposit and registration fee is non-refundable if you decide not to start with us. No exceptions. The 1 week of tuition deposit will be refunded towards your final account balance upon a 2 week written notice of withdrawal.
Child care fees are expected to be paid in full by Friday in advance for the following week. Tuition is due in full weekly regardless of child’s attendance.
If fees not paid in full by 9am on Monday of the current week, a $30.00 late fee will be added.
There is a $35.00 fee for each returned check.
A late dismissal charge of $5 per minute is enforces for all children that are picked up after 5:30pm
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
A minimum of a 2 week notice in writing prior to withdrawing a child is required. Regular tuition rates will be charged during this time.
